Over the last month or so, several friends of Paul R. Wood
decided to create a healthy cookbook with our favorite recipes. This
was in response to a scare Paul had that led to several days of
hospital care (and lots of Twitter chatter). Fortunately, with the power of prayer, everything seems
to be OK. But I'm sure it was a wake up call for Paul and a good reminder for all of us to eat more healthy.

On
a side note, I loved being involved with this project. Creating books
like this collaboratively would be a great way for individual
classrooms to showcase their work and to document the school year. I
already have a few teachers interested in using a setup like Mixbook to
showcase their class stories and artwork.
